We are on the lookout for a Specialist Hygiene Operative to join our friendly, dynamic team at Ryvita. As part of the ABF group, we have ambitious plans for growth over the next 5 years and we need someone with the drive and passion to help us get there.

This is a permanent full-time position, working 39 hours per week, including paid breaks: Sunday 06:00-16:00, Monday to Wednesday 07:00-15:00, Thursday 07:00-12:00 with Friday and Saturday off.
The salary is £27,106.92 per annum.

Key Accountabilities

Our Hygiene Manager is looking for a new Specialist Hygiene Operative to….

Be Responsible for adhering to safe systems of work processes and acting in a safe manner to always protect the health and safety of yourself and others.
Follow all Quality systems and procedures to ensure our products meet food safety (HACCP), legal and customer requirements as well as maintaining external Audit standards e.g. BRC
To carry out cleaning tasks according to schedules and approved techniques and to deal with emergency hygiene situations as and when required
To be aware of waste streams on site, dispose of waste correctly and to communicate any opportunities to reduce waste therefore making the bakeries more efficient.
To communicate and share relevant information with other team/shift members to ensure the highest level of cleaning is maintained and that standards are improved and driven forward.
