- Greeting and catering to visitors, clients and employees upon arrival.
- Phone handling and redirecting calls where needed.
- Managing contact with clients including payments and document reconciliation.
- Assisting with document creation and formatting.
- Maintaining a neat and presentable office.
- Handling deliveries to the office.
What you'll need to succeed - You must have experience working in an office for this role.
- Experience within a professional services environment is preferred but not necessary.
- You must be able to start ASAP.
