About The Role

Customer Service Assistant (CSA)

This full-time, term time post is available from immediately on a permanent basis. Applications for secondments will be considered subject to agreement from your current line manager.

Salary will be £25,528 per annum pro rata on Grade B approximately (£15,710) based on a 32 week a year term time contract

This post will be operational across numerous locations within the Commercial Operations on Streatham and St Luke's campuses.

This role will primarily support our retail operations operating tills, replenishing and stock rotating within shop environments and the Eat & Shop Snack Van.

Our team is driven on providing an exceptional customer service experience. Staff and students use our facilities year-round, along with external customers out of term time. Across the campuses we provide the following services; retail shops, retail catering, residential catering, licenced premises, hospitality, conferencing and events.

We are looking for customer focused, team players who can also work alone. A particular focus will be on providing exceptional customer service at all times with a passion for providing high quality food and drink. You will demonstrate high standards and be well organised. Having experience in roles within retail & catering with knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety would be advantageous.

You will have a flexible approach to working hours and practices, as well as having excellent communication skills. The role will include maintaining high standards of cleanliness within a busy environment, in line with Food Safety plus Health & Safety requirements.
