We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in Early Years Education and Childcare, Health and Social Care, Nursing and Healthcare, Allied Health Professions, Children's Services, Community and Public Health, or related areas.

This is a flexible opportunity for industry professionals, experienced lecturers, and practitioners who would like to contribute to teaching on a variable-hours basis. Opportunities may arise due to curriculum growth, specialist delivery needs, staff absence cover, or project-based work.

Qualified: £25.34 per hour plus holiday pay

What You'll Do

As part of our Flexible Teaching Pool, you may be asked to:

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across Health, Care and Early Years programmes.
  • Support learners to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for further study and employment.
  • Assess student work and provide constructive feedback.
  • Share current industry practice and professional expertise.
  • Contribute to positive learner experiences and outcomes.


What You'll Bring

  • A Level 3 qualification or higher and/or industry experience in Health, Care or Early Years
  • Strong knowledge of your specialist area
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for supporting learners to achieve their potential
  • Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and equality
  • Teaching qualifications are desirable but not essential
