We are looking for a Reception & Administration Assistant to join our busy and welcoming school team. This varied role combines reception and administrative responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding support.
As one of the first points of contact for visitors, parents, staff and students, you will play an important role in creating a positive impression of the school. Alongside reception duties, you will provide administrative support across the school, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our operations.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, strong attention to detail, good IT skills and the ability to manage a range of tasks efficiently. Previous administrative experience is essential, and experience within a school environment would be advantageous.

  • Access to excellent family-friendly policies
  • Opportunities for training and professional development
  • The chance to make a real difference as part of a committed school community
If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a varied role and are committed to providing a professional and welcoming service, we would love to hear from you.
