Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our team. This role involves travelling between client sites across Bristol, Dursley, and the surrounding areas using a company-provided van.

Key Responsibilities
As a Mobile Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards at a variety of client premises, including:
- Mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming floors
- Cleaning and sanitising surfaces, touchpoints, and communal areas
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
- Cleaning washrooms and toilet facilities
- Ensuring all sites are cleaned to a consistently high standard
- Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
- Working independently and as part of a team to complete cleaning schedules
- Travelling between multiple sites during your working day
What We’re Looking For
- Previous commercial or domestic cleaning experience is preferred but not essential
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Flexible and willing to provide holiday and sickness cover when required
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
