About the Role
As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management and performance of the service, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care.
Your duties will include:
- Leading the day-to-day operation of the domiciliary care service.
- Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
- Managing care quality, safeguarding, complaints and incident investigations.
- Overseeing client assessments, care plans, risk assessments and reviews.
- Managing service performance and quality assurance activities.
- Leading, supervising and developing office and care staff.
- Building positive relationships with clients, families, local authorities and healthcare professionals.
- Monitoring service delivery to ensure high standards of care are maintained.
- Supporting business development and growth within the branch.
- Ensuring accurate documentation, reporting and record keeping.
- Participating in the on-call rota as required.
These responsibilities reflect the Registered Manager role focused on CQC compliance, assessments, staffing, audits, safeguarding, service quality and branch representation.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience within domiciliary care management.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations, Health & Social Care legislation and best practice.
- Experience conducting assessments, risk management and care planning.
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational, administrative and IT skills.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care as a minimum.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
- A thorough understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality and Health & Safety requirements.
- Eligibility to become a CQC Registered Manager.
- Right to Work in the UK. We are currently unable to offer sponsorship.

Desirable
- Previous Registered Manager experience.
- Train-the-Trainer qualification.
- Knowledge of business management and customer service principles.
