Salary: in excess of £60,000 per annum - Basic up to £23 per hour dependent upon experience + uncappped time saved bonus + exceptional company benefits & £5k Golden Hello

Our Cardiff Bodyshop has relocated to a brand-new, state-of-the-art site- and we’re expanding our team. We’re looking for a talented Multiskilled Technician to join the UK’s largest vehicle repair group and play a key role in our exciting growth.

As a Multiskilled Technician, you’ll be capable of carrying out repairs across all disciplines - MET, Panel, and Paint - completing work from start to finish. You’ll take pride in delivering high-quality results, ensuring vehicles are restored to their pre-accident condition with precision and care.

About You

We’re seeking an experienced Multiskilled Technician who:

• Has proven ability across MET, Panel, and Paint disciplines

• Can work independently, completing full repairs to a high standard

• Delivers excellent workmanship with strong attention to detail

• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused workshop environment

• Holds relevant qualifications/accreditations (ATA/NVQ) - desirable but not essential
