A growing Managed Service Provider is looking for a Customer Success Associate to join its expanding customer operations team in Bristol.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working within IT support, service desk, infrastructure support, or an MSP environment who wants to move into a more customer-focused position while continuing to build technical exposure.
The business operates across managed IT services, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data solutions, supporting a wide range of customers from SMEs through to large enterprise and public sector organisations.
The RoleYou'll act as a key point of contact for customers, helping manage service relationships, coordinate support activity, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Working closely with internal technical and engineering teams, you'll support onboarding, service reviews, incident coordination, and customer engagement across the client base.
