Warehouse Team Member (Food & Beverage department)

About the role:

We are looking for someone to join Longleat's Food & Beverage team and play a key role in ensuring our venues are fully stocked, organised and ready to deliver an exceptional guest experience every day.

Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, the Warehouse Team Member will support the Food & Beverage operation through the efficient receipt, checking, storage and distribution of stock. The role is responsible for ensuring all products are stored safely and securely, in line with company procedures and quality standards.

As the primary point of contact for Food & Beverage deliveries, the post holder will provide a professional and welcoming service to suppliers while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with suppliers to build positive working relationships and act as a professional ambassador for Longleat.
• Receive, inspect and accurately record all stock deliveries into the Food & Beverage warehouse and then store the stock securely.
• Promptly report any shortages, discrepancies or quality concerns to the appropriate manager.
• Maintain the warehouse and all working areas in a clean, safe and organised condition.
• Operate vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring work is completed to the highest operational standards and in accordance with safe working practices.
