We’re looking for a confident, upbeat Reception Host to bring personality, energy and brilliant service to Point A Hotel Liverpool Street.

From check-in to check-out, you’ll keep things smooth, simple, and memorable. Whether you’re greeting international travellers, sharing local tips, or solving a guest query fast, you’ll make every moment feel easy, warm, and distinctly Point A.

Whether you have previous experience in hospitality, customer service or another guest-facing role, you’ll bring confidence, composure and strong communication skills to every interaction, making guests feel recognised, welcomed and well cared for. Calm and organised, you’ll approach each shift with positivity, professionalism and a willingness to learn, with the flexibility to work across early mornings, evenings, nights and weekends.
