We are excited to be able to offer the opportunity to join the highly regarded Bristol Autism Team as a Specialist Mentor.


Are you creative, thoughtful and passionate about supporting children and young people with a Social Communication and Interaction need (SCIN) including Autism, in their mainstream school or setting? a skilled communicator who can support schools and settings in delivering the best education for their cohorts of children with SCIN including Autism?

In this role you will provide high quality, specialist advice and training to educational settings across Bristol, promoting positive outcomes for Neurodivergent young people with social communication and interaction needs (SCIN) including Autism.

You will be a key contributor to delivery of the Bristol Autism Team’s service offer and be committed to joined up working between the BAT Education and Family Hub and wider services across the Local Area and within the Local Authority.

Please note that this role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.
