We have a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in starting a career in Human Resources. We are looking for a new team member to undertake an HR Apprenticeship.

On a day-to-day basis you will be providing administrative support to ensure the smooth flow of HR processes, including recruitment, and maintaining appropriate records. You will also be supporting other members of the HR team in a variety of areas including training and compliance.

You will be working as part of the HR team whilst also completing the Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship programme in your working hours. The apprenticeship will be completed through on-the-job learning alongside online learning supported by visits from your Training Provider.

The Level 3 HR Support is an 16-month apprenticeship and once you have completed the Apprenticeship qualification you will be well placed for a career in Human Resources.

In this role, you will be working Monday – Friday with dedicated time allocated to completing your coursework. The starting salary for this Apprenticeship will be £18,200 p.a. with a 35-hour working week. You will also receive the following benefits:
