You’ll support the recruitment and onboarding process for one of the most successful apprenticeship teams in the country, helping individuals take their first steps into careers across a wide range of sectors. From recruitment tasks to representing Exeter College at open evenings, careers fairs, and interview events, you’ll be a key ambassador for our apprenticeship offer, helping potential apprentices and employers feel confident and supported every step of the way.
