About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a charity with an excellent reputation for providing high-quality advice and support to local communities. You’ll be part of a dedicated team that works collaboratively with clients, colleagues and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes and make a genuine difference to people’s lives.

As a Grants Project Adviser, you’ll support clients referred through the Gloucestershire County Council Crisis Resilience Fund, providing a holistic casework service tailored to their individual needs.

You’ll work directly with clients to understand their circumstances, identify the issues affecting them and connect them with the right advice, support and services. Your role will focus on addressing advice needs, helping clients overcome barriers and ensuring they receive the appropriate support to improve their circumstances.

Why join us?

This is more than just a job. You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Make a real and positive difference to people in your local community

  • Support people facing challenging circumstances and help them access the right support

  • Work collaboratively with a passionate team and a range of partner organisations

  • Use your advice and casework skills to achieve meaningful outcomes for clients

  • Be part of an organisation that values its people and the important work they do

If you’re passionate about helping people, have excellent communication and listening skills, and want to use your experience to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.

Applications will be reviewed as they are received, and interviews may be held before the closing date, so early applications are encouraged.
