  • Develop and evolve policies that are modern, inclusive and legally compliant

Talent, capability & culture

  • Work with the Talent & OD Partner to support recruitment, succession and workforce planning
  • Identify capability gaps and shape development solutions
  • Support initiatives that improve engagement, wellbeing and culture
  • Champion values-led leadership and high performance

Change & continuous improvement

  • Partner with services to support change, transformation, and organisational development
  • Contribute to people projects such as EDI&B, wellbeing, and digital HR improvements
  • Help shape a progressive, forward-thinking People Service

Data, systems & modern HR practice

  • Use HR systems and data to drive evidence-based decisions
  • Promote digital tools and self-service approaches
  • Ensure compliance, governance, and accurate people data

Leadership & collaboration

  • Line manage and support team members to perform at their best
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation
  • Facilitate workshops and conversations that drive understanding and improvement

What you will bring

  • Experience managing complex employee relations issues
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
  • Experience using data and HR systems to support decisions

Skills that make the difference

  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
  • Analytical and able to turn insight into action
  • Strong coaching and facilitation capability
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities

Your style
