What you’ll be doing
As Chef de Partie, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You’ll:
- Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard
- Take ownership of your section and keep it organised and running smoothly
- Work closely with Mario and the wider kitchen team
- Help maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, food safety and organisation
- Contribute ideas and bring energy and enthusiasm to the kitchen
- Support and encourage less experienced members of the team
- Take pride in the small details that make great food and great hospitality
What we’re looking for
You’ll already have experience working in a professional kitchen and be confident running your own section. More importantly, you’ll be someone who is reliable, positive and keen to keep learning.
You’ll care about your craft, enjoy being part of a team and understand that the best kitchens are built on good communication, respect and high standards.
