Role Overview
As Assistant Brand Manager at TePe Oral Hygiene Products Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall brand strategy and marketing efforts under the guidance of the Brand Channel Manager. TePe is a leading provider of oral care products, focusing on delivering high-quality products to both dental professionals and consumers. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analysing market trends, and implementing creative strategies to enhance brand awareness within the dental professional community and among consumers. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, project management, and creativity to ensure TePe's consistent positioning in the market.
Responsibilities and duties
Brand Strategy Execution:
Supporting with the Brand Channel Manager to implement and execute brand strategies aligned with TePe's overall business objectives.
Assist in maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels.
Marketing Campaign Management:
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote TePe's oral care initiatives and product launches.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights for future optimization.
Play a key role in strengthening brand awareness and engagement with all stakeholders.
Market Research and Analysis:
Support with any ad hoc research requirements
Collaboration and Relationship Building:
Liaise with internal teams, including sales, product development, global marketing, clinical and design, to ensure alignment with TePe's brand strategies.
Build strong relationships with outside agencies including design, PR, and suppliers.
Requirements
2 years appropriate experience
Proven ability to analyse market trends, consumer data, and campaign metrics specific to oral care products and dental professionals
Strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Demonstrated creativity in developing marketing campaigns and content with our internal and external agencies, that resonate with the oral care community
CIM or equivalent
Degree educated or at least 3 good A-Levels
Enjoy working in a team
Confident communicator
Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint and Digital platforms skills
Hands-on / can-do mentality
Willingness to travel
Compatible with TePe Culture
Role location: Hybrid (min. 3 days per week in Wells office)
Salary: £20,000 - £30,000 per year (depending on experience)
