Reed Education is delighted to be working with a trust based in Devon to recruit a HR & Recruitment Co-ordinator on a fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and supportive team, playing a key role in delivering high-quality HR and recruitment support across the organisation.

The Role

As HR & Recruitment Co-ordinator, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process while providing efficient HR administration and employee support. You will work closely with managers and stakeholders to ensure a professional and compliant service is delivered at every stage of the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating recruitment campaigns from advert through to appointment
• Managing interview arrangements and candidate communications
• Conducting pre-employment and compliance checks
• Supporting onboarding and induction processes
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
• Providing administrative support across a range of HR activities
• Assisting with HR reporting and documentation
• Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or administration
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience handling confidential information sensitively
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• The ability to prioritise a varied workload within a fast-paced environment

Experience within HR or recruitment is essential, and a relevant HR qualification or working towards one would be advantageous.
