About the role
We are currently recruiting a Damp and Mould Compliance Administrator to provide support to our busy Compliance team on a 6-month fixed term contract.
The main purpose of this role is to support the Compliance Team with the administration of damp and mould cases, including sending correspondence, making telephone calls, updating records, and carrying out checks to ensure remedial works have been completed.
This role will suit someone with strong computer skills, friendly and professional phone manner, and excellent written communication skills.
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in customer service, housing administration or a busy office environment. You will be well organised, able to manage multiple tasks and a confident communicator.
A DBS check will be required for the successful applicant as part of our pre-employment checks.
