About the role
We're looking for a skilled Mason (Multi-Trade Operative) to join our Repairs Team.
This is a hands-on role where your masonry expertise will be at the heart of what you do, while also drawing on your wider trade experience to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance across our housing stock.
No two days are the same. You'll work on occupied homes throughout Plymouth, solving problems, improving properties, and helping customers feel proud of their homes.

What We're Looking For
You'll be someone who:
Has strong masonry experience alongside broader multi-trade skills
Takes pride in delivering high-quality work first time
Is confident working independently and managing their workload
Enjoys solving practical problems and finding effective solutions
Delivers excellent customer service and communicates well with residents
Has a positive, flexible approach and can adapt to changing priorities
Wants to continue developing their skills and build a long-term career
