We are looking for skilled and motivated Plumbers/Systems Engineers who take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and have a passion for engineering excellence. A Day in the Life

As a Plumber/Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in the installation, testing, and commissioning of complex onboard systems across our luxury motor yachts. Working alongside skilled craftsmen and engineers, you will ensure all plumbing and water systems are installed to exacting standards of quality and performance.

From fitting fresh, grey, and black water systems to installing air conditioning pipework and bathroom facilities, every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to demonstrate your technical expertise. You'll work across various yacht builds, supporting the delivery of some of the world's most prestigious luxury vessels.

Example Responsibilities Include

• Installing and commissioning fresh water, grey water, and black water systems.
• Fitting air conditioning systems and associated pipe lagging.
• Installing displacement pumps and unvented hot water systems.
• Installing and connecting bathroom facilities including toilets, showers, baths, and sinks.
• Working with a variety of pipework systems including Hep, ABS, and Geberit Mapress fittings.
• Conducting testing and fault-finding activities to ensure systems perform to specification.
• Maintaining the highest standards of quality and workmanship throughout the build process.
• Working safely in confined spaces and occasionally on vessels in the water when required.
• Collaborating with colleagues to meet build schedules and production targets.

To Be Considered for this Role You Should Have

• Previous plumbing or systems installation experience within a manufacturing, marine, construction, or similar technical environment.
• Experience working with Hep and ABS pipework systems.
• Understanding of unvented hot water systems and crimped pipe connections would be advantageous.
• The ability to work within confined or restricted spaces when required.
• A strong focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• A flexible and proactive approach to work.
• Excellent reliability, punctuality, and commitment to safety standards.
• Your own hand tools.
• The ability to successfully complete a plumbing trade test and interview in Poole, Dorset.
• A desire to work in a busy, fast-paced production environment.
