Maintenance Operative

Barker Ross is hiring a Maintenance Operative to join our client's site in Cheltenham, GL52, with an immediate start available.

• Location: Cheltenham, GL52
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: Until end of August, with possible extension
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
• Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out general cleaning duties across the site
• Completing painting and touch-up work as required
• Replacing damaged or worn items
• Performing basic maintenance and handyman tasks
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and presentable site at all times
• Reporting any issues or repairs that require further attention
