The Company
This family-owned independent group has served Dorset for over 30 years, with three practices between Bournemouth and Poole. It is known for loyal patients, low staff turnover and a firm belief that clinical decisions should never be rushed. Each practice invests steadily in equipment, and optometrists are consulted before any new clinical service is introduced.

The Position
You will join the Bournemouth practice as a full time Optometrist, working alongside a settled team of optometrists and dispensing opticians. Your patients range from children to older adults, with growing demand for myopia management and dry eye care. You will have your own consulting room and full reception and dispensing support, so your time stays with patients. This suits an experienced optometrist who wants clinical freedom and a life by the sea. The salary is £70,000-£75,000, depending on experience.
