Join my clients team as a Temporary Facilities Supervisor and take on a hands-on role in managing and improving their facilities operations. This position is ideal for someone with a proactive approach and substantial experience in facilities management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of all facilities management services, ensuring compliance with best practices and statutory regulations.
- Manage in-house services such as cleaning, plumbing, and electrical works, and respond promptly to facilities-related issues.
- Conduct building inspections, oversee office moves, and implement space planning.
- Lead safety procedures, including fire drills and emergency evacuations.
- Monitor contractor performance, ensuring services meet quality standards and deliver value for money.
- Promote sustainability initiatives and manage health and safety compliance across all facilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facilities management/supervision
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including inspections at height.
