Line Chef

Looking for 2 roles at 15 hours minimum per week contract

We’re looking for passionate and reliable Line Chefs to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and is eager to develop their skills in a professional kitchen.

About the Role:

As a Line Chef, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality dishes. You’ll be responsible for your section, ensuring consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency during service.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard within your designated section
• Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control
• Support the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Ensure your section is fully stocked, organised, and ready for service
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service
• Assist with stock rotation, waste control, and basic prep tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  Previous experience in a professional kitchen
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for food and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
