We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Timetabling Officer to join our Timetabling and Rooming Team.

In this important role, you will liaise with academic departments and course teams to design course timetables for a range of different courses and departments.
You will be responsible for the creation, editing and operational management of the timetables. This is a critical role within the TAR team that sits on the critical path to timetable management and teaching delivery.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and ideally experience with the CMIS timetabling software or similar systems, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Knowledge of Higher Education systems, processes and structures would be an advantage.
This is a full-time, fixed term post for 6 months. Attendance on the campus will be required for some but not all of the working time.
