Labourer

Location: Exeter area - EX5 Duration: 2-3 months initially (with potential to be ongoing)Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (30-minute lunch break)

We are looking for a reliable and physically capable Site & Grounds Support Operative to assist with general housekeeping and maintenance duties at a large agricultural / rural industrial site near Exeter (EX5 area).

This role involves a mix of outdoor and indoor work in an agricultural environment, so applicants must be comfortable working in rural surroundings.

Duties will include:

• Sweeping and shovelling site areas
• Washing down channels and surfaces
• Clearing debris and rubbish around the site
• General tidying of workshop and tools areas
• Pressure washing
• Weed pulling
• Mowing and strimming lawned areas

All tools and PPE will be provided.

Requirements:

• Comfortable working in an agricultural / rural environment
• Willingness to carry out physical, hands-on work
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Safety-conscious approach to work
