Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/RMN) Contract
Ongoing specialist training, clinical updates and funded professional development, with opportunities to progress into senior leadership roles within Willinbrook Healthcare.
Job Role
As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will support the Home Manager in the clinical and operational oversight of our specialist complex care service, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care is delivered to individuals living with complex physical disabilities, neurological conditions, acquired brain injuries and other long-term healthcare needs. This is a senior nursing position where your clinical expertise and leadership will have a direct impact on the quality, safety and outcomes of the care we provide.
You will provide visible clinical leadership to the nursing and care teams, ensuring care is delivered in line with individual support plans, evidence-based practice and regulatory requirements. Working collaboratively with residents, families, multidisciplinary professionals and external healthcare partners, you will help deliver holistic, person-centred care that supports rehabilitation, maximises independence and enhances quality of life. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring care is responsive to each individual's changing needs.
You will also play a key role in developing and supporting the wider clinical team through coaching, mentoring and clinical supervision, helping to build confidence, competence and professional development. By promoting clinical excellence, quality improvement and effective communication, you will contribute to a positive, supportive environment where both colleagues and the people we support can thrive.
