QC and Despatch Administrator

Salary: £27,250.00 per annum

Working Hours: 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, focused and adaptable person to join our company as a QC and Despatch Administrator, working in the despatch team, delivering rigorous quality inspection and timely despatch to ensure we hit the key service metric of delivery within 7 working days.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring the daily preparation of production sheets, frequently throughout the day for handover to paint team.
• Completing full quality inspection of all fabrics ensuring that QC standards are met.
• Carrying out the inspection, rolling and shipping of all fabric orders from production and stock, ready for daily collection by couriers.
• Daily processing, picking and sending of sample orders.
• Meticulous record-keeping across all areas of the role.

About You

As a key member of the despatch team, our ideal QC and Despatch Administrator candidate will have strong team-working ability, strong communication skills and align closely with our company value of people-first in the way you interact with those around you. You will have a passion for excellence, a keen eye for detail and the ability to think on your feet and solve problems under pressure, with outstanding organisational skills.
