HGV Class 2 Driver

Salary: Competitive + night out allowance (£50 per night) + overtime

(salary stated is for qualified HGV Class 2 Driver and is based on 38.75 hours per week, overtime paid at 1.5 times hourly rate)

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering bespoke and fragile goods, ensuring careful handling at all times.
• Loading and unloading the lorry with attention to the unique nature of each item.
• Vehicle cleanliness: Keeping our fleet in pristine condition.

What You’ll Drive

• Primarily operating our new 18-tonne curtain-sided lorry, along with other vehicles when required.

About You

• Experienced Drivers: Ideal candidates will have a HGV Class 2 licence; however, if you have a 7.5-tonne licence with strong geographical knowledge, we encourage you to apply. Training towards a HGV Class 2 licence may be offered. 
• Flexible and Reliable: Excellent timekeeping, flexibility, and adaptability are essential.
• Customer-Oriented: You will regularly interact with our clients, so a friendly and approachable attitude is a must.
• Team Player: A positive attitude and ability to work well within our team.

Requirements

• Clean driving licence.
• Willingness for regular nights out.
• Ability to assist in warehouse tasks as needed.
