We are looking for someone to #JoinUs as an Executive Assistant in our Executive Support Team. Could you be who we are looking for?

About the team/Department you will be joining:
Working within Executive Support, the successful candidate will support the Chief Officer Group
You will be working within a fast-paced environment within the Chief Officer team, together with Executive Assistants and Staff Officers.
We work Monday – Friday flexi hours. There is some flexibility around home working.

About the role and your key responsibilities:
Providing confidential secretarial and administrative support, including typing and word processing duties, diary management, maintaining and reviewing filing systems, undertake research and preparatory work to provide information via a range of computer systems. Preparing files of papers, recording and dissemination of minutes of meetings, some of which are highly confidential and of a high-profile nature.
Booking transportation and hotels as and when required, responsibility for the submission of expenses.
Working closely with Staff Officers to effectively support the Chief Officer Group.

What skills and experience do we need you to bring to the role:

Prior experience working as a EA in a busy office would be advantageous.
We are keen to hear from you if you are highly competent with Microsoft systems and have previous administrative experience.
Level 2 Welsh speaker.

The successful Candidate must be willing to undergo vetting to MV/SC Vetting.
