Jaguar Land Rover Car Sales Executive

Jaguar Land Rover Cardiff, part of the Sinclair Group, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our ever growing successful Sales Team, selling new and used Jaguar Land Rover vehicles.

We are seeking an enthusiastic professional who wants to build a rewarding career within a high-performing dealership, with excellent training, support and development opportunities.

Job Title: Jaguar Land Rover Sales Executive

Hours of Work: Shift rota covering showroom opening hours, averaging 5 days per week

Salary: £20,000 Basic plus uncapped commission and option of a Company Car

Location: Cardiff, CF11 8AQ

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and experienced sales team. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping customers find the right vehicle and achieving agreed sales targets.

As a Jaguar Land Rover Sales Executive, you will:

• Achieve vehicle sales targets using established sales processes.
• Manage customer enquiries and maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
• Guide customers through vehicle options, finance solutions and factory orders.
• Respond promptly and professionally to all sales enquiries.
• Deliver an outstanding end-to-end customer journey.
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Accurately appraise part-exchange vehicles.
• Support the presentation of the showroom and vehicle displays.

The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience and confidence when dealing with customers. You will demonstrate:
