The Role:

• Teaching within Key Stage 2
• Full-time role, 5 days a week
• Starting September
• Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents/carers, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the learning and achievement of all pupils, ensuring equality of opportunity for all
• Be accountable for achieving the highest possible standards in work and conduct
• Build positive relationships with pupils based on mutual respect and professional boundaries
• Work proactively with learners, parents/carers, staff, governors, and external agencies in the best interests of pupils
• Work within statutory frameworks, Teacher Standards, and school policies
• Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people across the school
