We are looking for a Quality Document Controller to join us at SNC Mission Systems UK in St Athans. We provide tailored mission systems integration and intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) solutions for the UK Government and its allies.

As a Quality Document Controller, you will develop, implement and maintain SNC MS UK’s Quality Management system. It’s an exciting time to join as you will be able to take ownership and help shape our Quality Management to ensure that processes remain compliant, accurate and effective.

Some of your responsibilities will include...

• Creating QA dossier packs or End of manufacturing reports

• Controlling the creation, review, approval and distribution of quality documentation

• Ensuring all controlled documents comply with company and regulatory requirements.

• Developing and maintaining procedures, work instructions, forms and templates

Ideally, you will have previous knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and Quality related document controls or management within a manufacturing environment. These restrictions mean that factors such as your nationality, any nationalities you may have previously held, and your place of birth can restrict the roles you are eligible to perform within the organisation. All applicants must as a minimum achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard. Many roles also require higher levels of National Security Vetting where applicants must typically have 5 to 10 years of continuous residency in the UK depending on the vetting level required for the role, to allow for meaningful security vetting checks.
