This is your opportunity to learn while you earn, gain nationally recognised qualifications, build valuable hands-on experience and receive dedicated support to help you grow both personally and professionally.
Year 12 | Level 2- Adult Care Worker
Build your foundations in care, learning how to provide outstanding, relationship-centred support while gaining the knowledge, skills and behaviours you need to thrive in your role.
Year 3 | Level 3- Lead Adult Care Worker
As your confidence and experience grow, you’ll take on greater responsibility and start your leadership journey.
Years 45 | Level 4- Lead practitioner in adult care & Level 5- Leader in Adult Care
You’ll further develop your leadership, management and decision-making skills, preparing you for future senior and leadership opportunities.
Alongside your apprenticeship, you’ll have access to Hallmark’s bespoke GROW Leadership Programme, as well as development opportunities through Get Ahead and Rev Up. You’ll benefit from mentoring, coaching, regular review conversations and opportunities to reflect on your practice and build your confidence.

Experience caring for a family member, friend or someone living with dementia can be helpful, but it isn’t essential. We’re more interested in your attitude, values and potential.
You’ll also need GCSE Maths and English at Grade 5 or above.
