The successful candidate will support pupils with a range of special educational needs, helping them access learning, build confidence, and achieve personal milestones.

The school is looking for someone who can provide encouragement, consistency, and positivity throughout the school day.

Key duties:

• Supporting children with Autism, ADHD, and associated needs.
• Assisting teachers with classroom activities.
• Promoting positive behaviours and routines.
• Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils.
• Helping students develop confidence and independence.
