We're hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Industrial team in Poole - and attitude matters far more than recruitment experience.

Full UK driving licence required - you'll be out visiting clients, building relationships and making things happen, not sat behind a desk all day.

THE ROLE
No two days are the same.

You'll be:

• Building relationships with clients & candidates
• Managing and growing accounts
• Filling vacancies at pace
• Writing adverts & managing job boards
• Qualifying candidates
• Attending client visits
• Solving problems quickly
• Working towards targets and celebrating wins as a team
