Salary: £29,440 basic salary plus excellent company benefits

Working with the prestigious BMW brand, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our trade customers while helping to drive parts sales and business growth. You'll join a friendly, professional team that is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and building long-term customer relationships.

What you'll be doing

• Handling incoming trade parts enquiries and orders via telephone and online platforms
• Accurately identifying and supplying the correct parts to meet customer requirements
• Promoting current offers and campaigns to maximise sales opportunities
• Identifying upselling opportunities and increasing overall parts performance
• Building strong relationships with customers and delivering a first-class service
• Keeping up to date with new products, recalls, promotions and manufacturer updates through ongoing training and development

What we're looking for

We are ideally looking for someone with previous Parts Advisor experience within the motor industry. You'll be commercially focused, customer driven and motivated to exceed targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

• Previous experience in a motor trade parts environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
• A proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities
• The ambition to develop your career within a successful and growing business
