About the Role

We are supporting a well established engineering consultancy in the Greater Bristol area as they look to appoint a Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer. This is a key leadership hire within a growing business that has built a strong reputation delivering building services design projects across commercial offices, life sciences and residential.

The successful candidate will become the mechanical lead within the business, working alongside an established electrical lead to support business growth and strengthen the leadership team. This role offers genuine long-term progression and the opportunity to influence the future direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate mechanical building services projects.
• Support operational delivery and project coordination across the business.
• Act as the senior mechanical point of contact for clients and project teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and introduce fresh ideas and best practice.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Solid experience within mechanical building services engineering.
• Consultancy experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and project coordination experience.
• Up to date knowledge of current industry regulations, sustainability standards and design processes.
• Pragmatic approach to problem solving.
