Do you have experience within a kitchen team as a Prep Chef,Grill Chef,Line Chef,Chef de Partie,Commis Chef or anything in between....? Then here's your opportunity to be part of something great! Brightside is looking for a prep chef to support the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.

In this role,you will be responsible for opening,overseeing deliveries,deep cleaning,ensuring our health and safety food standards are high as well as supporting our kitchen team with their daily prep,basically everything that is instrumental in running a smooth and successful service!
