Vets Now is excited to announce the upcoming opening of our out-of-hours service, Vets Now Bridgwater, working within our host practice IVC – Blake Vets.

As a Vet Surgeon at Vets Now Bridgwater, you will find a strong support network within the clinic. Adding to this, our central support teams are here to help too, allowing you to concentrate on the cases in front of you.
Working in this ECC setting will sharpen and develop your veterinary skills. Within our Bridgwater clinic you will find top-tier veterinary care in a welcoming environment. Fitted out with excellent equipment such as Dental X-ray, Ultrasound, Endoscopy and Laparoscopy.
Whether you are working a second job or looking to get more ECC experience, this is a great opportunity to further your own knowledge and work with a team who are passionate about progressing the world of emergency and critical care.
Bridgwater as a location offers excellent recreational attractions and accessible transport links.
Now for work/life balance
Within this weekend role we have the following shifts available, which also includes a fair share of bank holidays:
- 12pm-7pm Saturday and 7am-7.30pm Sunday (weekend day shifts once a month/1:4)
- 6.30pm-8am Saturday and Sunday (weekend night shifts once a month/1:4)
How many and which of the available shifts to be worked can be discussed further, we will try to work around your lifestyle and clinic requirements.
