Job Requirements/Description
The Community Specialist Falls Team is seeking an organised and motivated Administrator to assist with the delivery of Striding Out GaitSmart and Falls Prevention Clinics across community hubs, continuing with the West community hubs as well as the newly commissioned Bosvena and Three Harbours areas.

This role forms part of an exciting new programme commissioned through ICB and INT through Volunteer Cornwall, and working within the Specialist Falls Service. It is aimed at improving mobility, confidence, and falls prevention outcomes for people in our local communities.

This is for 4 hours per week . Although the role is based in Bodmin , the administrative work can be completed from your usual base if internal .

As the Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our community clinics. Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating clinic bookings, schedules, and appointment systems

Managing referrals, waiting lists, and communication with service users

Providing administrative support to the Falls Technicians and wider clinical team

Maintaining accurate records, data entry, and reporting

Liaising with community hubs, Volunteer Cornwall, and partner organisations

Supporting general administrative tasks to ensure efficient service delivery
