Role Purpose
In this position you will create and maintain accurate, high-quality planograms that translate agreed range, commercial, stock and customer strategies into clear and executable displays. Working as part of the Micro Space Planning team and reporting to the Micro Space Planner Lead, the role uses Spaceman and supporting data to apply product space allocation, display capacity and micro space standards consistently across Hobbycraft stores.

Required Skills & Experience - Strong understanding of retail micro space planning, planograms, visual merchandising principles and in-store execution. -
- Experience creating planograms using Spaceman, NielsenIQ/NIQ Spaceman or similar space planning software. - Good analytical skills, using sales, stock, range, fixture and space data to support planning decisions. -
- Clear communication skills, able to clarify briefs, challenge constructively and escalate risks appropriately. - Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with experience delivering multiple activities to critical paths.
. - Occasional support for store trials, new stores, refits or range implementations may be required.
Working Hours & Environment
This is a full/part time role, working 37.5 hours per week. Our core business hours are Monday to
Friday 10am to 3pm with a flexible approach to start and finish times.
Our hybrid working model is 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
