Role DetailsPosition: KS1 Supply TeacherLocation: Exmouth and surrounding areasStart Date: SeptemberPay: £130 - £150 per day (depending on experience)Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pmContract: Flexible supply, short-term, long-term, full-time or part-timePlanning Required? No - lessons are pre-planned

About the Role

• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across Key Stage 1
• Follow pre-planned lessons and ensure continuity of learning
• Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
• Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
• Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback where required
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff
• Uphold school policies, including safeguarding and behaviour management
• Adapt quickly to different school settings and classroom needs

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching KS1 in UK primary schools (including placements)
• Strong classroom management and confident behaviour strategies
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Flexible, reliable, and professional approach
• Commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
