Are you an experienced housing professional looking for your next leadership challenge?
We are seeking a maternity cover for a Housing Services Manager to lead our Income, Benefit & Money Advice, Rent Accounting, and Training & Employment services. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact for residents while driving service excellence and continuous improvement.
About the Role
You'll:
- Lead and develop high-performing teams
- Oversee income collection, rent accounting and financial inclusion services
- Be responsible for year end rent setting processes and reconciliation
- Drive service improvement and performance
- Manage budgets, business planning and key projects
- Deputise for the Head of Housing Services when required.
About You
You'll have:
- Significant experience in social housing
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience of income recovery, welfare benefits and debt management
- Experience of service improvement, performance management and strategic planning
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
