As a Breakfast Chef, you will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation, and contributing to a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Prepare and cook breakfast dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.

Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and personal workstations.

Ensure all food items are prepared, cooked, and presented to the highest quality standards, aligning with brand guidelines.

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals under the guidance of senior chefs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and workstations.
• Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including food hygiene practices.
• Support the team in stock management and inventory control.
• Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably as a Breakfast Chef or similar role.
• Basic food hygiene certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• A passion for food and a desire to learn and develop culinary skills.
