RATE OF PAY: £18.00 per hour

THE ROLE
LEGGWORK are looking for General Labourers to join a construction project in Newbury. The project is due to hand over in September, with an immediate requirement for up to 3 labourers to assist the site team.

The main duties will involve moving materials around site, assisting trades, keeping the site clean and organised, and carrying out general labouring duties as required.

This is a short-term opportunity, with approximately one week's work available, starting ASAP.

Working Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You'll be expected to:

• Move and distribute materials around site
• Assist trades and the wider site team
• Keep the site clean, tidy and organised
• Load, unload and move materials safely
• Carry out general labouring duties as required
• Follow site health and safety procedures
• Carry out manual handling tasks
• Work effectively as part of the site team

REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Previous construction labouring experience
• Full PPE
• Good physical fitness and ability to carry out manual handling
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Own transport preferred
