We are looking for a resilient and compassionate Domestic Abuse Independent Stalking Advocate & Caseworker (ISAC) to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people aged 16+ affected by domestic abuse. You will work from an empowerment-focused, trauma-informed approach, supporting effective risk management while upholding strong professional boundaries.
The position is full-time and hybrid, with a mix of home working and a minimum of one day per week based in our Plymouth office. You must have access to a secure and confidential workspace at home, and live in the Devon & Cornwall area

About the Role
As a Domestic Abuse Independent Stalking Advocate & Caseworker (ISAC) you will ensure the provision of individual structured, tailored support plans, based on a holistic assessment of impact and risk, within the framework of VS's Service Model. You will also contribute to cover for the local helpline, and may be required to offer support to victims of other crime types, such as hate crime, anti-social behaviour and non-contact sexual offences.

This role involves regular travel and due to the location, a driving license and access to a vehicle is considered an essential requirement.
