Studio Operations & Customer Experience
- Opening, preparing, and closing the studio safely
- Welcoming customers and supporting paint-your-own-pottery activities
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and inviting environment

- Maintaining high standards of quality across the studio's products and activities
Health, Safety & Teamwork
- Following safeguarding, health and safety, and risk management procedures

- Has excellent customer service skills
- Is organised, reliable, and proactive
- Communicates clearly and works well as part of a team
- Can adapt to a busy and varied environment

Experience within a pottery studio or creative environment would be beneficial, but it's not essential. We're more interested in finding someone who is enthusiastic, values-led, and keen to learn.
Why join Brandon?
- Be part of a values-led organisation making a genuine difference
- Work in a creative, supportive, and inclusive environment
- Access learning, development, and training opportunities
- Help create meaningful opportunities for people with learning disabilities and autistic people
- Join a team where no two days are the same
